Great for running training, especailly intervals/harder efforts. See a big difference in performance from these and now can't run without it

Didn't know I was mouth breathing in my sleep until I tried these. Saw the ad on Facebook, bought it because it looked cool😂 but definitely see improvements in sleep, mood and energy
